This is a business proposal for Waymo One'd future 5-year growth with user breakdown analysis, UX upgrade, tiered-pricing strategy & marketing rollout plan. This presentation is the final project of Digital Strategy, an MBA-level class at NYU Stern School of Business, and was evaluated as 22.5/25.
